Which United?

Last Wednesday, I wrote about Newcastle's loss of the club and the city for the acquisition project that was led by the Public Investment Fund. Perhaps evidence of that is the club’s adherence to the idea and his urgent desire to return the Saudi offer, because its benefits are much greater than just buying a club, here the question arises: Are "Newcastle United" is the ideal club to buy or are there other clubs named "United" available for purchase, and the return on investment may be greater than "Newcastle United".

If the aim of the purchase was a purely financial investment, then "Leeds United" was offered for sale at a hundred million pounds, that is, a third of the value of "Newcastle United", which is no less than in history, but it was located in the lower rungs of English football, and I do not know how much it is His value after his rise to the senior league, but I know that he owns the "Island Road" stadium, which can accommodate forty thousand spectators, and history says that he is a fierce opponent of adults and therefore everyone welcomed the return of "Leeds United".

As for if the goals are greater than just financial profit, then certainly I will talk about "Manchester United", the hope that was and still has not evaporated. It is the ideal choice for investment because it is the ancient name that befits the status of "Great Saudi Arabia", and achieves long-term goals, in addition to the guaranteed profits for the club. Which is still among the three most valued clubs in the world, despite its departure from titles since 2013, and this is an indication of ensuring the success of investing in the prestigious brand, and perhaps the return of the Public Investment Fund to the market through "Manchester United".

Premier League's objection to the acquisition was related to the discussion about the club’s management and the extent of investor’s interference in it, as was reported by the British media, but in my humble opinion that the absence of the Saudi investor from the market was a reason for disrupting the deal, so I hope that the Public Investment Fund will enter the British market through Buying some shops such as “Selfridges”, as well as some hotels and buildings. I also renew hope that “Saudi Airlines” will invest in buying the name of “Tottenham” club, so that it will be called “Saudi Stadium”, and thus it will be an ideal establishment for Saudi investments in English lands, It paves the way for accepting investment in "Manchester United" as the best investment decisions, and on sports investment platforms we meet.
